By accessing or using VerifyAll ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VerifyAll provides a document verification service that computes cryptographic hashes of uploaded files and records them on a public blockchain. The Service includes file hashing, blockchain anchoring, IPFS storage, and public verification lookup.
You are responsible for:
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and distribute your files as necessary to provide the verification service (hashing, IPFS pinning, CDN storage). Verification records on the blockchain are public and permanent.
You acknowledge that blockchain records are permanent and immutable. Once a verification is recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be modified, deleted, or reversed. This is a fundamental feature of the Service, not a limitation. Consider this before verifying any file.
The Service creates a blockchain wallet in your browser for minting verification tokens. You are solely responsible for your wallet's private keys and seed phrase. We do not have access to your wallet and cannot recover lost funds or keys. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Blockchain records remain accessible regardless of our service status, as they exist on a decentralized public network.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VerifyAll is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
VerifyAll verifies that a file's hash matches a recorded blockchain entry. This proves the file existed in that exact form at the time of verification. It does not verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of the file's contents — only its integrity and timestamp.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
